What is an Agent Work Unit?

One unit = one completed task by our AI (e.g., research a prospect, send a personalized email, qualify a lead, or schedule a meeting).

Pricing FAQ

An Active Lead is any lead that had a touchpoint during the month. This includes:

Research activities (enrichment, data lookup)
Tracking events (website visits, email opens, engagement signals)
Outreach actions (emails, LinkedIn messages, calls)

If the AI agent performs any task on a lead during the month, that lead is considered active. Leads with no activity in a given month don't count toward your limit.

Agent Work Units are consumed when our AI agents complete specific tasks for your business. Examples include:

Researching and enriching a prospect profile = 20 unit
Generating and sending a personalized outreach email = 2 unit
Qualifying a lead and updating your CRM = 2 unit
Scheduling a meeting with calendar coordination = 2 unit
Finding valid email = 10 unit

You can track all usage in real-time through your dashboard.

If you approach your monthly limit, we'll notify you with upgrade options. You can either:

Upgrade to a higher plan
Purchase additional work units for the current month
Wait until your plan resets the following month
