Getting Started with Dhisana AI

Build your first autonomous sales campaign in minutes

Dhisana AI is built around three simple concepts that help you automate GTM workflows using autonomous AI agents. Understanding these will make it easy to design, test, and deploy powerful automations quickly.

Core Concepts

1 Lead Lists

Lead lists are the foundation of your outreach. Before running any campaign, you need to build or import your target audience. You can create lead lists by importing a CSV, connecting to your CRM, or using Agentic Flows to discover and enrich leads automatically.

2 Agentic Flows

Agentic flows let you describe what you want to automate in plain terms. Use them to source leads from 100+ integrations (LinkedIn, Apollo, HubSpot, and more), enrich contact data, apply scoring logic, and route leads to campaigns. Dhisana AI generates the workflow for you, which you can test, tweak, and deploy in minutes.

3 Message Prompts

Message prompts train your AI agents on how to write emails, LinkedIn messages, call scripts, and more. These prompts help agents follow your tone, intent, and business context consistently across all outreach.

4 Campaigns

Once you have your lead list ready, campaigns let you set up autonomous multi-channel engagements where agents interact with prospects over email and LinkedIn. You stay in control by reviewing and approving communications before they are sent.

Quick Start Guide — Build Your Lead List First

The most effective way to get started is to bring your own leads, then set up campaigns to engage them. Follow these steps:

Step 1

Build Your Lead List — Choose Your Path

Start by getting leads into Dhisana AI. Pick the method that works best for you:

  • Option A: Import a CSV — Already have a lead list? Import your CSV to quickly upload contacts with names, emails, LinkedIn URLs, and company info.
  • Option B: Sync from CRM — Connect HubSpot, Salesforce, or other CRMs under Integrations to pull in existing contacts and keep them synced.
  • Option C: Generate Leads with Agentic Flows — Use Agentic Flows to discover new leads from LinkedIn, Apollo, web scraping, job boards, or 100+ other sources. The AI will research, enrich, and score leads for you automatically.
Step 2

Enrich and Score Your Leads — Know Your Prospects

  • If you imported leads via CSV or CRM, use Agentic Flows to enrich them with LinkedIn bios, verified emails, company data, and custom research.
  • Apply scoring logic to prioritize leads that match your Ideal Customer Profile (ICP) based on job title, seniority, industry, or custom traits.
  • Review your enriched leads in Lead Lists before moving to outreach.
Step 3

Set Up Your Messaging — Customize Your Outreach

  • Go to Message Prompts to define how your AI Agent writes LinkedIn messages, emails, and follow-ups.
  • Customize the tone, personalization style, and value propositions for your product and audience.
  • Example prompts are pre-loaded to help you get started quickly—edit them to match your brand voice.
Step 4

Connect Your Channels — Enable Automated Outreach

  • Install the Dhisana AI Chrome Extension for automating LinkedIn: view profiles, send connection requests, messages, and auto-replies.
  • Add your SMTP credentials under Integrations to send emails directly from your work email (Gmail, Outlook, etc.).
Step 5

Launch Your Campaign — Engage Your Leads

  • Create a new Campaign and select your lead list.
  • Build your outreach sequence: LinkedIn connection → message → email follow-up → reminders.
  • Choose manual approval mode to review messages before sending, or enable auto-mode for hands-free outreach.
  • Track engagement in real-time: views, accepts, replies, and conversations.

That's it! By starting with your own leads, you can immediately see Dhisana AI in action with contacts you care about. Scale outreach with AI Agents that research, write, engage, and respond—all while keeping your team focused on closing deals.

How to Build a Smart List with Agentic Flows

Smart Lists collect, enrich, and score leads automatically, then route them to the campaigns and lists you specify. Follow the steps below to create one in minutes.

Step 1

Open Agentic Flows

Go to the Agentic Flows page in your dashboard.

Step 2

Create a Smart List

Click Create Agentic Flow to start building your automated lead generation workflow.

Step 3

Describe or Select a Template

Describe—in plain language—how you want to find, research, qualify, and score leads, or pick an existing template that matches your use case.

Example: "Find VP of Sales at SaaS companies in the US with 50-200 employees, enrich with LinkedIn data, score based on ICP fit, and add qualified leads to my outbound list."

Step 4

Customize the Workflow

Adjust the workflow stages to fit your needs:

  • Source — Where leads come from (LinkedIn, Apollo, websites, etc.)
  • Enrichment — What data to add (emails, company info, LinkedIn bios)
  • Scoring — How to rank leads based on ICP criteria
  • Filtering — Which leads to keep or exclude
  • Destination — Where qualified leads should go
Step 5

Run a Test

Execute a test run to preview outputs at each stage and confirm the workflow behaves as expected.

Step 6

Run the Smart List

Start the full run to process your initial batch of leads.

Step 7

Run Incremental Batches

Use Run Incremental to fetch and process the next batch of leads from the same source. This is perfect for ongoing lead generation without duplicating work.

Step 8

Adjust Campaign Settings

Update assignment rules or increase the maximum number of leads fetched in the campaign settings whenever needed.

Step 9

Verify Integrations

  • LinkedIn sourcing: Ensure the Chrome extension is installed
  • Apollo data: Add your Apollo API key in Integrations
Step 10

Review the Output List

A new lead list is created automatically (or you can select an existing one). Each run—initial or incremental—adds leads to this same list, building your pipeline over time.

🚀 Just describe what you want and get started—Agentic Flows do the heavy lifting from discovery to outreach.

Create a Hyper-Personalized Engagement Campaign

Launch autonomous, multi-channel outreach with Dhisana AI. Our Agents craft rich, contextual messages and guide prospects from the first touch all the way to close—and even onboarding—while adapting in real time to every interaction.

Step 1

Choose Your Mode

Select how much control you want over outgoing messages:

  • Manual Mode — Review and approve every AI-generated message before it's sent. Perfect for high-value prospects or when you're fine-tuning your messaging.
  • Co-Pilot Mode — Messages send automatically, with optional approval for specific auto-replies. Ideal for scaling outreach while maintaining oversight on key interactions.
Step 2

Select Target Lists

Pick one or more lead lists for your campaign. For evergreen campaigns, use persona-scoped lists: any new leads added via Agentic Flows—or through webhooks like enriched website-visitor tracking—are automatically enrolled in the campaign.

Step 3

Define High-Level Touchpoints

Combine LinkedIn and email actions to create your outreach sequence:

  • Profile views and post likes to warm up prospects
  • Connection requests with personalized notes
  • LinkedIn messages and InMails
  • Email outreach and follow-ups

These are starting instructions; once a prospect responds, auto-responses take over and handle the conversation intelligently.

Step 4

Add AI Message Prompts

Attach global or campaign-specific prompts to each touchpoint. Your AI agents will use these instructions to craft personalized, contextual messages for every prospect.

  • A/B test different prompts to optimize performance
  • Refine prompts using real-time performance analytics
  • Use dynamic variables for deep personalization
Step 5

Set Auto-Response Rules

Tell your Agents how to handle different types of replies:

  • Meeting requests — Automatically share your calendar link or book directly
  • Pricing questions — Provide relevant pricing info or route to sales
  • Objections — Handle common objections with pre-approved responses
  • Unsubscribe requests — Honor opt-outs immediately and compliantly
  • Hand-off triggers — Define when to escalate the conversation to you
Step 6

Configure Outreach Limits

Define daily caps for LinkedIn and email activity. Dhisana AI automatically paces outreach throughout the day to stay within platform limits and maintain compliance.

Step 7

Save, Launch, and Monitor

  • Approve or edit outbound messages in Manual mode
  • Pause or take over any lead at any time
  • Track progress through detailed dashboards and activity logs
  • Monitor reply rates, meeting bookings, and conversion metrics

⚠️ Prerequisites: Make sure the Dhisana AI Chrome extension is installed for LinkedIn outreach and that your Gmail/SMTP credentials are configured under Integrations.

Train Your AI Agent Using Message Prompts

AI Message Prompts are instructions that guide Dhisana AI Agents on how to craft personalized, relevant, and high-converting outreach content. Think of them as ChatGPT-style prompts—but focused on sales and engagement.

✨ What Prompts Power

These prompts power multiple touchpoints across LinkedIn and Email:

  • LinkedIn Connection Requests — What message should be sent when connecting?
  • LinkedIn Follow-ups — What should be sent after the connection is accepted?
  • Email Sequences — Craft cold intros, warm follow-ups, or re-engagement emails.
  • Auto-Replies — Automatically respond to incoming queries on LinkedIn or Email (e.g., sharing a calendar link, responding to "Tell me more," etc.).

🧠 Context-Aware Messaging

AI Message Prompts leverage rich context to make every message relevant:

  • Lead information: Role, company, LinkedIn bio, activity
  • Your product knowledge: From the Knowledge Base
  • Conversation history: Prior messages or replies
  • LinkedIn connection status: Connected or not

This means you're not sending generic outreach — you're sending smart, personalized content that resonates.

🛠️ How to Create & Use AI Message Prompts

Step 1

Create a New Prompt

Go to the AI Message Prompts section and click "New Prompt."

Step 2

Name Your Prompt & Select Channel

Choose whether the prompt is for LinkedIn or Email.

Step 3

Write Plain-English Instructions

Describe how you want the message to be written. Include any special requirements or examples.

Example prompt:

"Use a friendly but professional tone. Mention the lead's company by its conversational name. Keep message under 200 words. Reference our product's ability to automate onboarding. End with a question to encourage a reply."

Lead and company info are automatically injected into the context.

Step 4

Test the Prompt

Try it out with a few sample leads to see how the message is generated. Fine-tune the wording until the output feels natural and effective.

Step 5

Save & Tag the Prompt

Add tags to organize prompts (e.g., "hospitality", "cold email", "post-demo").

🚀 Using Prompts in Campaigns

Once saved, your AI Message Prompts can be applied in any campaign:

  • When creating a touchpoint (like "Email 1" or "LinkedIn Follow-up"), simply assign a prompt.
  • The AI Agent will use it to generate personalized content for each lead.
  • Choose whether to auto-send or review before sending.

🔄 Auto-Replies with Prompts

AI Message Prompts can also handle auto-replies. For example:

  • Share a calendar booking link when someone asks to meet.
  • Provide a quick product summary when a lead replies, "What does it do?"
  • Say "Thanks, I'll follow up later" if a lead says they're not the right contact.

🧩 Summary: AI Message Prompts give you full control over how your AI Agents communicate. You define the voice, tone, and structure — and the AI handles the heavy lifting.

Used right, they help:
✅ Increase reply rates
✅ Personalize at scale
✅ Handle inbound queries automatically
✅ Keep your outreach on-brand and high-quality
